Welcome to Digital navigator
Digital navigator is our new user interface which provides users with enhanced functionality including the ability to compare multiple jurisdictions side by side and, using our smart filter technology, define your search for more focused results.
How do I login?
There are no changes to the login process and you can simply access navigator in the usual way. The PDF versions on the existing navigator website will continue to co-exist until we have completed the transfer of substantially more content into the new digital platform. You will find a link to the digital navigator interface on each of the existing navigator service homepages. Click this link and you will be redirected to the new platform where you will find the jurisdictions available in the new digital format.
Why can’t I see all of my chosen jurisdictions in the new Digital navigator interface?
If you are looking for one of your jurisdictions that isn’t in the new digital interface, this will still be available via the original PDFs on the existing navigator webpages. We would like to encourage users to view the available jurisdictions in the new digital format but whilst we continue the transfer process, access to the previous navigator format remains available for all jurisdictions.
How do I go back to the original navigator webpages?
There is a redirect link at the bottom of the new digital navigator homepage which will redirect you to the main website to access the old PDF matrices and any jurisdictions where we are yet to complete the transfer of the content into the new digital platform.
Will the same level of information be available and covered in the new user interface?
Yes, all information in the existing PDFs is still available and has been transferred into the new digital format. You will find there are a number of tabs in the new digital user interface which will give you the opportunity to drill down and find the specific information needed. Please watch the demo videos provided for help on how to find specific information or we are happy to arrange training sessions with one of the team.
Where do I go for more assistance?
